  1. Preheat oven to 450*

  2. On a lightly floured surface, press dough with fingertips into desired shape.

  3. Focus on the edges and use palm of hands to stretch out dough in a circular motion.

  4. Place on a baking sheet and top with sauce, cheese and your choice of topping.

  5. Bake for 10-12 mins. depending on how crispy you like it.

  1. Preheat oven to 450*

  2. On a lightly floured surface, press 10" dough with fingertips into a circle.

  3. Focus on the edges and use palm of hands to stretch out dough in a circular motion.

  4. Place on a baking sheet and add cheeses and your other ingredients.

  5. Fold over and pinch edges together with fingertips to secure it so cheese doesn't come out.

  6. Make it a bit chubby so it puffs in the oven.

  7. Brush lightly with a mixture of oil or melted butter, fresh garlic paste and dried Italian herbs.

  8. Bake for 17-20 mins. depending on how crispy you like it.

  9. Brush with mixture again (optional) and add marinara and grated parmesan.

Zeppole Donuts and Garlic Nugget

  1. Stretch 16" dough into a rectangle, 1/2 inch thick.

  2. Cut into 1 inch strips using a pizza cutter, then cut strips into 1 inch squares.

  3. Heat up oil in a small pan.

  4. Carefully, drop a *few pieces at a time into hot oil. *Pieces will expand.

  5. To fry evenly, stir and move pieces around often until golden brown.

  6. Remove pieces from oil and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

  7. For Zeppoles, combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.

  8. For Garlic Nuggets, combine melted butter, garlic, herbs and parmesan cheese.

  9. Coat pieces in desired mixture while still warm.

  10. Add extra parmesan cheese or garlic if you desire to your Garlic Nuggets and serve with our House marinara.
