Our dough is handmade from scratch in store daily.
What is in our dough? Flour, water, yeast, olive oil blend, salt and sugar (to activate the yeast). Exact same ingredients you’d use making a classic dough at home!
We rest our dough in the fridge for a minimum of 2 days before we serve it to you!

This process makes our dough airy, naturally taste better and much lighter to digest. So you don’t feel “stuffed” after eating our food.
