February 2025 Impact Report

At Mattenga’s Pizzeria, we believe in the power of community, teamwork, and delivering delicious moments to our customers. February 2025 was a month filled with meaningful engagements, record-breaking events, and opportunities to grow. Here’s a look at how we made an impact! Supporting Our Schools: Spirit Nights & Community Engagement Giving back to local schools is at the heart of what we do. This February, we were thrilled to host multiple Spirit Nights at our Schertz location:

• OLPH Spirit Night

• Danville Middle School Spirit Night (Twice!)

• Homes for Pets Spirit Night

• DHS Project Graduation Spirit Night
  

We also participated in several school activities:

• Stone Oaks Elementary Math and Science Night (Wilderness Oak)

• Wilderness Oaks Elementary Glow Party (Wilderness Oak)

• Mireles Elementary School – We were honored to serve the students and donate Mattenga’s pizza boxes to support their initiatives.

  

  
  
  

We are always grateful for the opportunity to give back to our future leaders and create special moments for our community. A Super Sunday for Pizza! February 11, 2025, was an unforgettable day as we celebrated Super Bowl Sunday and National Pizza Day on the same day! Our team achieved record-breaking sales, and we couldn’t be prouder of their hard work.

A huge shoutout to our dedicated team members who spent days preparing dough, shredding cheese, slicing veggies, and bringing Mattenga’s Magic to life. Their teamwork, communication, and dedication made this one of our busiest and most successful days yet!

Valentine’s Day Love & Heart-Shaped Pizzas Love was in the air—and in the shape of our pizzas! Valentine’s Day was another record-breaking day for our heart-shaped pizza sales. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible team and customers for making this tradition so special.

We also had the pleasure of catering McArthur Church Couple’s Day, spreading love through delicious pizza.

Beyond the Pizzeria: Exciting Partnerships & Events

February was packed with exciting events and partnerships that allowed us to expand our reach:

Chuck Wagon Frost Bank Event – We brought the flavor of the rodeo to this fun celebration!

45 Pizzas for Toyota Dealership – Fueling the hardworking Toyota team with fresh, delicious pizza.

Sysco Food Show: Savor the Moment – Our team explored new and inspiring ingredients to bring back to Mattenga’s.

Toyota Factory Tour & The Toyota Way – Our managers toured the Toyota Factory in San Antonio and studied The Toyota Way to enhance our operational efficiency.

Strengthening Our Team: Duplication & Growth

One of our main goals is to continuously improve and streamline our operations. Throughout February, we held duplication meetings across all locations to strengthen teamwork and efficiency. By aligning our strategies, we are setting up Mattenga’s Pizzeria for long-term success!

February was a phenomenal month, but we’re just getting started! As we move forward, we remain committed to serving our community, supporting local schools, and enhancing our operations to provide an even better experience for our customers.
